The air conditioning was not effective. it barely cooled the room. there was also a persistent humming noise at night. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the minibar was empty. This was quite disappointing. no snacks were available for purchase on site. This was inconvenient.

the hotel offers underground parking which was a useful feature for me.

the room was not as clean as i expected. i found hair on the towel, which definitely wasn't mine. also, the breakfast wasn't very appealing to me, and that was a real downer for the mornings.

the location was convenient for accessing many points of interest. it was quite easy to walk to various attractions. the staff was friendly and provided tips at check-in.. i found that helpful.

the room hvac system was quite loud. even on the lowest fan setting, it was noticeable. the system worsened as it ran, developing a rattle.
